Payment Policy

Supported Payment Methods
Our online store accepts a variety of secure payment cards. Available payment options include:
American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Maestro, Mastercard, and Visa.
We do not restrict you to a single payment channel; you are free to choose the method that best suits your preferences to complete your payment. All transactions are processed online; our store will never ask customers to make payments via unofficial channels such as private transfers or mailing cash.

Order Checkout Process
After selecting your items—confirming the style, specifications, and quantity—and submitting your order, you will be automatically redirected to the payment page. Once you enter your card details and submit the payment request, the information is transmitted via a secure channel to the payment processor for verification.
Upon successful pre-authorization, the system temporarily holds the funds, finalizing the charge once the order is confirmed. For custom jewelry orders, processing, repair, or shipping will only commence after the payment has been successfully confirmed.
Complete checkout sequence: Submit order → Verify shipping information → Select payment method → Submit card details → Payment provider verification → Successful pre-authorization/charge → Official order generated.
Once the transaction is complete, a record of the payment is retained for your future reference and reconciliation.

Payment Security
Speedy Jewelry Repair places the utmost importance on the privacy of our customers' payment information and the security of their funds. We do not directly store sensitive financial data such as your full bank card number or security code; card details are encrypted and processed by compliant third-party payment service providers.
Encryption technology is employed throughout the payment transmission process to minimize the risk of information leakage during data transfer. Our staff members do not have access to or the ability to retrieve customers' full, private bank card details.
A friendly reminder: Please do not share your bank card number, security code, or transaction verification code via text message or social media apps with anyone claiming to be our customer service representative. Official payments are processed exclusively through the standard checkout page on our website. Any payment request made outside of the platform's official pages carries a risk.

Order Confirmation Notification
Once the payment is successfully processed, the system will automatically send an order confirmation email to the contact email address you provided. This email contains full transaction details, including the order number, a list of purchased products, the actual amount paid, and the payment time.
Please check both your inbox and spam folder after completing the payment. If the payment was successfully deducted but you have not received the confirmation email within one hour, please save your proof of payment and contact customer service to verify the order status.
If the payment process only resulted in a pre-authorization without a final charge, the order cannot be generated immediately; you must wait for the payment provider to complete final verification. Please note that pre-authorization does not equate to successful order creation.

Common Payment Issues
1. Page loading indefinitely or payment failure after submission

This is usually caused by temporary risk control measures by the issuing bank, an unstable network connection, or the card lacking authorization for cross-border online payments. We recommend checking your network connection, contacting your bank to confirm if there are restrictions on overseas online transactions, and trying the payment again after a short interval.
2. Funds show as "pre-authorized" or "frozen," but the order status indicates "unpaid"
This is a standard pre-authorization procedure by financial institutions, where funds are temporarily held. If the order ultimately fails to be created and the final charge does not go through, the pre-authorized funds will typically be released automatically within a few business days. The release timeframe is determined by the issuing bank's policies; we cannot expedite this process.
3. Duplicate charges
In very rare cases, clicking the payment button multiple times may result in multiple charges. If you notice a duplicate charge, please save a screenshot of your bank transaction statement and contact customer service to report and verify the issue. Once the duplicate charge is confirmed, we will initiate a refund for the excess amount according to our standard procedures.
4. Payment directly declined by the issuing bank
Some banks automatically block cross-border online transactions involving jewelry. We suggest contacting your bank beforehand to inform them of the upcoming online purchase and to have any temporary transaction restrictions lifted before attempting payment again.
5. Slight discrepancy between the payment amount and the billed amount
If you use a bank card denominated in a currency other than USD, the bank will perform currency conversion based on its real-time exchange rates and may charge a currency conversion fee. This fee is charged by the issuing institution and is not a fee imposed by our store.

Additional Note
All prices in our store are settled in US Dollars (USD) by default. Any taxes and logistics-related fees will be clearly displayed on the checkout page; no hidden charges will be added during the payment process. If you have any questions regarding your bill or charge records, please feel free to contact us with your transaction proof so we can assist you.
